I tried Tens…did not help me. Some people it does it relieve pain….we are all respond different to meds, treatments, etc. Find one that will work for you.

I tried CBD OIL and did not notice anything on pain changes from my surgical back. I have 2 nine rods with 11 screws in lower back.

I know it helps some people for all diff ailments…..and meds effect us all differently. I have to take pain meds for quality of life my pain gets so very bad and surgeon said not a candidate for a 2nd back…[Read more]

I too have many of the same back issues /surgery you had. I despise Pain Mgt doctors…they treat most of us like we are drug seekers or selling it or whatever. I have been to 3 diff ones in past and it was I who ended their “treatment” of me.
