Hi,….so what has happened in the past several months?…..please let me know. ….hope you are better. I had a on scale of 1 to 10 …a #8 back my back surgeon said….I have 2 nine inch metal rods and 11 screws in lower back. I still have issues…not nearly as bad….I will prob be on pain meds rest of my life per my Doc and he said a 2nd surgery is out of the question. The basis for all my back trouble is arthritis…I have an aggressive and advanced case of it.
