I’ve been suffering from back pain that shoots all the way up to my neck, along with pain down my legs and arms. I’ve been off of work now for 2 weeks and I honestly don’t know when I’ll be back. Hi,….so what has happened in the past several months?…..please let me know. ….hope you are better. I had a on scale of 1 to 10 …a #8 back my back surgeon said….I have 2 nine inch metal rods and 11 screws in lower back.
