    My understanding is that pain psychologists specialize in pain management. They deal strictly with pain management issues and all that goes along with living with pain. With pain being their specialized field they can understand better then a general psychologists. I hope this helps.

    I find distraction to be a big part of dealing with my pain. I get my mind on something else, like crafting, sewing, painting, scrap booking and so on. I find that I enjoy doing these things so I am able to push the pain back as I refuse to let it prevent me from moving forward.

  • I am not dating but I know a few folks that are. It seems they have found it is best to be upfront with the person and let them know about their pain issues and how it affects their ability to socialize. They don’t go in complete detail, just enough to give the person some insight.

    I do not have fibro but I see the same types of fatigue with the different pain issues I do have. The fatigue and fog can be over-whelming at times if I do not move enough.

    Farmhouse Biscuits

    1 can of refrigerated biscuits
    1 lb. of ground beef
    ½ cup of barbecue sauce
