You forgot to add a space for non-drug treatments, such as ice, heat, exercise, etc. Most of us, use meds along with other techniques.

While I do not have severe back pain from several surgeries, I do have back, foot and ankle pain that has plagued me since the holidays. Snow is just about gone from last week. Now my house is full of muddy dog prints. Sunshine and warm yesterday–raining today…………BUT this is WAY better than the past winter months 4 sure!!

Your post made me laugh as I have been complaining about muddy weiner dog prints on my kitchen wooden floor for a few weeks now. But have only mopped once! Lol.
