Having arthritis in my hands I have found gloves are an absolute must. Spring, Summer, Fall & winter, you can find me wearing gloves.
At my local CVS, I found white cotton gloves. The box calls them, Dermatological Cotton gloves and you get 2 pair in the box for around $5 dollars. They are great for helping to keep the medication on my hands.…[Read more] -

FredFriend,
Our deepest sympathy for the loss of your friend. I love the sign tool idea. I cared for my in-laws for many years. My mother-in-law had diabetes. We came up with a word that she could say when she was having issues with low blood sugar. She didn’t have to worry about trying to explain what was happening, all she had to do was say…[Read more]

Shadowbox,
Your words speak of hope and renewal. Two key things that we as people living with pain need to have close by in our lives.
The journey of pain is a long & hard road to navigate. We sometimes lock ourselves away from the world around us because pain can be and is dark, lonely, frustrating and over-whelming. We search to find the light…[Read more] -
