We could learn from Ms. Kitty. She knows when her energy level is failing and searches out a safe, quiet place to nap and renew.

Discovered a delicious way to make St. Louis style pork spareribs.
I covered a large baking pan with aluminum foil. I cut the rack in two pieces to make it easier to handle. I used McCormick Grill Mates Barbecue seasoning on both sides and baked uncovered in the oven at 350* for 2 hours. We then put them on the hot grill and smothered them with…[Read more]
