I’ve had AS since I was 15. It is a long journey. I struggled with maintaining habits that help my pain and managing my pain for many years. I finally got a coach and am already seeing improvements. I tried many medications, Meloxicam, Humira, and hundreds over the counter, but for me it is really the habits and self-care that helps.

      Hi Jaxx,

It sounds like your pain is overwhelming you. I’ve experienced fatigue and muscle spasms, but not to that degree. I know we have coached people with similar issues. The only thing that helped me was coaching. It is a good community of people who understand the issues those of us with chronic pain have to live with. I wish there was a quick solution, but for me, it has taken years. I use many tools to manage my pain and keep myself less depressed and more functional. It is a lifelong struggle, but well worth it. How have you been this week?

      Hi Seahorse,
I work at Take Courage Coaching, and I’ve also dealt with pain. For me, their coaching has helped me manage my pain in a way I didn’t think was possible. I was skeptical at first but saw so many testimonials. It has really helped me be able to live my life again and has changed how I see my pain. How has your pain been this month?

Hi, I’ve been reading “Changing to Thrive” for a class. It is a good book. I haven’t watched Anime for a long time. Whats good?
