Did you serve at Camp Lejeune North Carolina from June of 1957 to March of 1987? If so, you need to check out http://www.tftptf.com. Noki4, I am a big advocate of water therapy. It has so many benefits, relaxation, pain relief, increased flexibility, decreased feelings of isolation, increased socialization, increased stamina, weight loss etc etc.

Hi Maggie and Noki4, The summer heat does affect my migraines as well. I try to stay out of the sun or wear a sun hat (it also causes severe itching of my exposed skin) I wear a neck thingy that is a tube with water absorbent pellets inside that when soaked in water for awhile expand into a gel which stays cool.
