Welcome, Richard! I’m back after a long time away. This group is the best.

I actually have eczema, and for some reason it affects me only on my fingers, especially fingertips. I’ve taken meds before, but now mostly rely on prescription creams/topical solutions. I manage okay for long periods of time, but I still have ongoing flareups. I’ve had it for a long time and it’s hard to control. Still, I’m happy for the periods of relief between flareups.

Hi, terri. I can relate to those feelings of isolation! I don’t “look” like I have pain so people don’t get it. When I have a flare-up, others don’t understand an pull away. The Internet has been a great way to connect with others. I’m grateful for TPC. I haven’t been on for awhile, but it makes me feel good to know you’re all out there.

Hi, guit30! I’m glad to hear you’re able to get your meds. My dad has back pain (granted it’s not severe) and doesn’t like taking medication, so he’s doing physical medicine and managing okay.
