Hello. Just need some advise on this unbearable pain I’m in. I’ve had it for 2 days in left buttock and leg. I’ve been resting doing occasional stretches and taking some pain killers I have. But every time I et up to walk on it use toilet etc it’s getting harder and harder that I just can’t walk on it any more. Is there any good things I can try to help with this I just don’t know what to do.

hello, i have sciatic also and deal with high levels of pain at times. i pray constantly. God loves me through the pain and i am so thankful. i also take norco 3 times a day. i have a very deep faith that keeps me going. there are many positive affirmations posted around my apartment. i say them out loud often. lets keep in touch!!
