On Saturday, October 21, the Academy of Integrative Pain Management (AIPM), in partnership with The Pain Community (TPC), will host the first ever pain patient day that is completely dedicated to Integrative Pain Management (IPM). Held during AIPM’s Annual Meeting, at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel, in San Diego, California, the program will run from 10 am until 4 pm.
Learn how IPM can help ease your pain. The meeting will cover a variety of topics including: a look at virtual reality technology for pain management; access to care; physical movement; a guided imagery session; diet and nutrition; and, communication strategies to enhance the patient provider experience. Additionally, a special lunch program, with a cooking demonstration, will highlight the benefits of an anti-inflammatory diet (included in registration fee).
