I just made this yesterday. It is easy and yummy. Allrecipes.com gets the credit for the meat recipe. The gravy is my own.

See if you can get him to keep a pain diary or notebook. Get him to note when his pain is lower and what that allows him to do compared to when it his pain is more intense. Lemon Chicken
