Welcome, Bobba! I live with sciatica also. As a nurse, I’m sure you already know that every person is different, but I tried everything available and the thing that helped me most was massage and physical therapy. Sadly, what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another, but I find it’s a combination of treatments—treating the whole person—-that helps.
