It took me a while, but now I enjoy walking most evenings with my pack. My brother even joins me at times which is great for his arthritis. I find that I sleep better at night too as I can let my mind wander as I stroll. You are right about feeling home—I am much more connected to my “hood” now. Thanks for your insights, Mark!
